Pavilion and Park Information

Pricing: 

• Resident Hourly Rates: $15/per hour 
• Non-Resident Hourly Rates: $20/per hour 

Damage Deposit: $75 (This deposit will be returned after the reservation, provided there are no damages.)

Capacity: Up to 50 people

Venue Features: 

• One Covered Pavilion: Features approximately 5 picnic tables for use under the pavilion. 
• Spacious Outdoor Area: Accommodates up to 50 guests comfortably.
• Accessible Bathroom: One bathroom is available with access hours from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The door is on a timer, and the access code is 46636. 
• Water Fountain: One water fountain available for use. 
• Playgrounds: Two playgrounds available (not reservable). One is for all ages, while the other is designated for specific age groups. 
• GAGA Ball: Enjoy the popular GAGA ball activity for some fun and friendly competition. 
• Walking Trails: Explore scenic walking trails throughout the area. 
• Large Grass Area: Perfect for casual gatherings (no organized sports allowed). 
• Curved Flat Rock Wall: Provides extra seating and a unique place to relax. 
• Parking Lot: Please note that parking in the lot may be limited; additional parking is available on the street.

How to Reserve 

New! Homeowners can now request a park space, tennis court, pickeball court, and sports field on Team Sideline. 

You must first register here on Team Sideline in order to reserve a pavilion, court, or field. If you have already registered, reserve the Central Park pavilion here.
